03Delivery & Transaction Terms
Incoterms
FOB origin port, CIF destination port, and CFR. Container shipments (20' / 40' FCL) and bulk vessel accommodation available depending on order volume and grade.
Payment Instruments
Confirmed irrevocable LC at sight from a first-class international bank, SBLC, or MT103 TT for pre-established relationships. All terms fixed in SPA prior to shipment booking.
Lead Time
14–30 days from contract execution and LC establishment. Production-to-order lots may require 30–45 days. Early LOI submission strongly advised to secure allocation.
Inspection & Testing
Independent Q&Q by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek at load port. Full COA including purity, heavy metals, moisture, mesh size, and microbiological parameters provided per lot.
Documents
B/L, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Health / Food Safety Certificate, Insurance Certificate, and MSDS / TDS as applicable.
